Throwback to Objectives Dance 12

The twelfth edition of Objectifs danse took place from 7 to 10 October in Brussels, Charleroi and Liège.
Objectives Danse 12 was:
- 4 days of dance showcases
- 9 shows by choreographers from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation
- 6 work-in-progress
- 8 pitches
- 4 shows from the Charleroi Dance Biennial
Organised by Wallonie-Bruxelles Théâtre Danse & Wallonie-Bruxelles International with the support of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, OD12 has been running for over twenty years to promote and facilitate the export of French-speaking Belgian artists and companies. This twelfth edition was attended by some fifty international professionals and sixty Belgian cultural operators and artists.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to the artistic teams and their technical teams for their efficient work, to the members of the jury for selecting the shows, to Emmanuelle Stekke and Jérôme Van Belle for their communication support, to Mathilde Lejeune, Emmanuelle Lambert and Emilie Malburny from WBI and to Emilie Wacker from the dance department of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles for their invaluable help both during the event and upstream. So many people without whom Objectifs Danse would not have been possible.
We would also like to thank our partners and host venues - Charleroi danse, Les Brigittines, the Théâtre de Liège, Studio Thor, the Centre culturel Jacques Franck and the Théâtre Marni - and their technical teams, for their availability and faithful hospitality.
Finally, we'd like to thank everyone who accepted our invitation to share these four days of dance with us. And we look forward to seeing you in two years' time for the next edition!
